Roman has had a successful career in CENTR GROUP since 2001. From the Havířov Branch Manager, he advanced to the position of a Guarding Manager for the Moravian-Silesian Region. Since 2009, he has been holding the role of a Car Fleet Director. Over the course of his almost 20 years long career in our company, he also acquired many certificates and specializations, e.g.:
- security technologies (FAS, ESS, OC),
- Company Metrologist certification for CENTR GROUP, a.s.,
- OSH and FP certification,
- Partial occupational qualification certificate – a guard.
In 2015, he was appointed a CENTR GROUP, a.s. management representative for the occupational safety pursuant to OHSAS.

Marek Kraus
Marek has been working in commercial security for more than 20 years. After successfully acting as the Operations and Sales Director, he now holds the position of a Security Director. Over the course of his career, he has gained many specializations:
- specialized civil security worker, individual protection of buildings and persons,
- internal auditor for OSH, FP and ISO,
- guarding and private investigations,
- law in commercial security and in business relations,
- nature ranger.
He has a deep understanding of operational, business and technical processes. From the planning and winning of new acquisitions, through their implementation, to the management of the company’s departments and branches, where he applies his knowledge of psychology and the public procurement law.

Karel has been in commercial security for over 20 years now. He holds many certifications, including completed courses at the Police Academy in Prague. He is a leading expert in:

Radim has been working in commercial security for more than 16 years. His studies in the field of Mechanics of electronic devices directed him to the career of a security systems expert. From a technician, he had worked his way up to the level of a security service’s CEO. He is an expert in:

Tomáš graduated from the Czech Police Academy, majoring in Studies of Security and Law. Since May 2019, she has been collaborating with CENTR GROUP as a Director of Strategic Initiatives. Her position is more than strategic, as it aims to develop the company in facility management and energy services. Radomir has a university degree in technical field and gained his experience in the security forces of the state, where he worked for more than 10 years in operations.
He has held the position of control and security officer in the private sector (heavy industry) as well as in a state organizational unit (ÚZSVM). In managerial positions he gained experience in dealing with crisis situations, but also experience in controlling and searching for risks in asset management along with setting up processes.
In CENTR GROUP, among other things, he carries out security risk assessments on guarded objects and the related preparation of security assessments with proposals for eliminating risks and possible deficiencies.

Karel served as a member of the armed forces at the Prešov Air Base for 24 years. Since 1998 he has been working in private security services. He was the director of the training centre for obtaining OS licenses to work in SBS. In 2000, he worked for an international company as a regional manager of self protection SR - East with Euro-module accreditation for business units in Central Europe. Later he held the position of Director of Detective Services for Eastern Slovakia with a focus on security and detective work. He also worked for a foreign private security service as a manager for special services. In CENTR GROUP he is responsible for:
