Internal notification system

Are you dissatisfied with something or have a suggestion for improvement? Let us know. You can report any issue or share your feedback at any time — either openly or anonymously. Through the Compliance Officer's trust box, anyone in the company can report a problem or submit a suggestion for improvement, with or without revealing their identity.

The Compliance Officer is responsible for ensuring that all reporting procedures follow the rules set by the TOP Standard (Whistleblowing Policy), which applies to all companies within the CENTR GROUP. They also oversee the receipt, handling, and resolution of each case. All whistleblowers are guaranteed the right to report and remain anonymous if they choose.
Internal Reporting System of the CENTR GROUP Companies

How Reporting Works

1
A problem or risk may arise that’s not easy to talk about in person.
2
An employee who becomes aware of it submits a report via the web form provided below.
3
The designated reporting representative confirms receipt of the submitted report.
4
The Compliance Officer reviews the content of the report and assigns the appropriate investigators.
5
The investigation is initiated by assigning it to the designated investigators.
6
Unless there are reasons preventing it, the request is processed promptly. For more complex cases, a result can be expected within thirty days, which may be extended if additional time is needed for thorough handling.
